Recipe for success - sustainability?

On the occasion on the Day of Sustainable Gastronomy of the United Nations on June 18th, we will be discussing with guests from politics and gastronomy on the roof of the METRO market in Berlin-Friedrichshain. The agenda includes topics such as plastic avoidance, food waste reduction and regional food.

What are concrete solutions for more sustainability in the gastronomy sector? What experiences have gastronomes made in the context of sustainability and what can we learn together from them? We will discuss these and other questions with the following panellists:

The panel discussion will be moderated by René Kaplick, who has gained a wealth of experience in the catering sector. Together with the team of "Gastropiraten" he supports restaurateurs to become future-proof.
