The goal of the cooperation between Alma MAKRO and the local farmers is to keep the tradition of Spanish gastronomy with the taste and smell of their products. Alma MAKRO supports the local economy in the cities where MAKRO has stores in increasing the employment and the economic development of the area. For the Alma MAKRO stores it offers the opportunity to sell a distinctive selection of products meeting the quality and sustainability standards they offer their customers. To strengthen the commitment between MAKRO and local producers, we provide products from Alma MAKRO to the Association of Centenarian Restaurants and Taverns (RCM) from Madrid.
