Vertical farming in real life

"Farm to Fork" products for our customers

If there are are 10 billion people on earth in 2050, new food solutions are needed. The "Foodwaste" can also be reduced: only the necessary food to use for a dish will be reaped.

HoReCa Digital has chosen "Tower Garden" for the Metropolitan Pilot as a partner for the "Living Kitchen" project. With "Tower Garden", we have found a cost-effective and efficient solution that enables chefs to grow fresh products in their own restaurants. We offer "Farm to Fork" products for the hospitality industry – With unbeatable freshness and quality.

Through the "Living Kitchen" project, chefs have the opportunity to offer products to their customers that are not available anywhere else. We want to be innovative, not just to help our customers to differentiate themselves from the competition, but also to give the end-user a very special experience.
